Liquidity & Terms

Important information about lock-ups, notice periods, and redemption processes.

Lock-Up Periods

Each mandate has a contractual minimum term during which no routine redemptions are permitted. This ranges from 1 year (Core Growth) to 10+ years (Legacy Compounding).

Exceptional early exits may be considered on a best-efforts basis at management discretion, subject to liquidity conditions and pre-defined circumstances.

Dealing Windows

Post-term redemptions are processed during designated dealing windows. Frequency varies by mandate: quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

Legacy mandates feature staggered exits (20-25% of balance redeemable annually after term) to maintain portfolio stability for continuing investors.

Notice Periods

Written notice is required for all redemptions. Notice periods range from 60 days (shorter-term mandates) to 120+ days (Legacy mandates).

Notice must be submitted via the investor portal or in writing to the fund administrator. Processing begins after the notice period concludes.

Gates & Suspensions

In exceptional market conditions, the fund may implement redemption gates or temporary suspensions to protect all investors from forced liquidation at adverse prices.

Such measures are rare and would be communicated promptly. Full terms are detailed in the subscription agreement.
